Ms. D’Jesus is an associate at the firm and she practices corporate, commercial, non-profit, intellectual property and government contract law, as well as employment and family law and civil litigation. 

Prior to joining Lasa, Monroig & Veve, Ms. D’Jesus worked for the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, assisting in the economic development of Hispanic firms.

Ms. D’Jesus has also practiced law in Venezuela, where she focused on civil and corporate matters, and has knowledge and experience on both the civil and common law systems.

Ms. D’Jesus received her law degree (cum laude) from Universidad de Los Andes in Venezuela in 1998 and was awarded an L.L.M. degree in International Business Law from American University, Washington College of Law in 2001. She is admitted to the New York Bar and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
