LMV provides counsel to international and domestic business clients on general corporate and commercial matters, including corporate formation and structure; the protection and management of intellectual property rights (such as federal trademark, copyright registrations and protection of trade secrets); sophisticated commercial contracts, technology and license agreements, and joint venture agreements; and labor and employment matters.

We are also experienced in counseling small businesses and minority-owned companies in government contract matters, including obtaining their SBA and local minority status certifications, and other small business/minority contracting matters, such as award protests, mentor-protégé agreements, teaming agreements, governmental joint ventures, and subcontracts.
